Cancellation Policy

Booking policy Card Charge Authorization By booking with Waking Dreams Costa Rica you give consent to charge your credit card in accordance with the policies detailed below. The charge will appear on your statement as “Waking Dreams Costa Rica”. Payments All prices are expressed in U.S. dollars. Reservations must be paid in advance to ensure availability. All charges are processed at the time of booking, and refunds are handled according to this policy. Booking Policies All reservations must be made through our website www.wakingdreamscostarica.com or by sending an email to info@wakingdreamscostarica.com Payment must be made at the time of booking. By proceeding with payment, the Client confirms having reviewed and approved the details and dates of the contracted services. Identification Our staff may request valid identification. If the name on the ID does not match the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse service. Cancellation Policy – Private Transfers Any modification must be requested at least 24 hours in advance by email and is subject to availability. For cancellations, an email must be sent to info@wakingdreamscostarica.com at least 48 hours before the service. A full refund will be issued minus a 5% processing fee. If a discount was applied and the service is canceled, the benefit is revoked, and the 5% will be deducted from the refund. During high season (November 20 to January 7), a minimum of 72 hours' notice is required to receive a full refund, minus the 5% card processing fee. If a modification implies a refund, the 5% card processing fee will apply. No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable. If a flight is delayed and arrival is on the same day, the airport transfer will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If the delay is not communicated in time, the reservation will be considered abandoned. Changes and Adjustments Changes to services are allowed up to 24 hours in advance. Any additional fee or condition imposed by third parties will be the Client’s responsibility and is beyond Waking Dreams Costa Rica’s control. Changes within 24 to 48 hours must be requested via email and are subject to availability or confirmation of additional payment if there are price adjustments. By making payment, the Client confirms that all information is correct. Waking Dreams Costa Rica is not responsible for delays caused by accidents, medical emergencies, mechanical failures, extreme weather conditions.
